Max, a Manager in the Strategy Group, has been with Capital One for three years and is based in the headquarters near Washington, DC. He has worked on a variety of projects, including developing customer experience principles for the credit card business and assessing emerging competition from the tech industry for the CEO's presentation to the Board of Directors. He is now working on a strategy for Capital One on virtual assistants like Amazon Alexa. Outside of projects, Max oversees training for new hires and is leading the Strategy Group's pro bono work with Evidence Action, a charity that is working to improve clean water access in developing countries.
Max graduated from Stanford University in 2013 with a MS and a BS in Management Science and Engineering. During his free time, Max takes every opportunity to play sports — basketball, soccer, and tennis among his favorites — and enjoys travelling to new places.
