Lindsay is a Senior Manager in the Strategy Group. Since joining Capital One, she has worked on a range of projects, most recently focusing on topics such as the long-term impact of platform businesses on financial services players, Capital One’s strategy for increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and how new technologies such as machine learning and robotic process automation will transform core banking activities such as risk management and customer servicing. Lindsay spent the summer of 2017 on rotation in Capital One’s subprime credit card business working on developing a new product for consumers with little to no credit experience. Outside of project work, Lindsay leads Strategy’s on-campus recruiting efforts.
Lindsay hails from Houston, Texas and graduated from Georgetown in 2015 with a degree in International Economics, focusing on emerging markets and the role of religion in development. She was a partner in Innovo Solutions, an organization that provides consulting services for social entrepreneurs, and was a co-captain of Georgetown’s club rugby team. Lindsay spends her time outside of work rock climbing, running (sometimes), looking for tasty vegan dining options near her apartment, and writing what is hopefully the next great American screenplay.
