Lindsay Fountain

Manager | McLean | Georgetown University

Lindsay is a Manager in the Strategy Group. Since joining Capital One, she has worked on a range of projects, most recently on the card business’s long-term customer experience strategy. Lindsay spent this past summer on rotation in Capital One’s subprime credit card business working on developing a new product for consumers with little to no credit experience. Outside of project work, Lindsay manages Strategy’s recruiting efforts at Yale, Princeton, and the University of Maryland College Park. Lindsay graduated from Georgetown in 2015 with a degree in International Economics, focusing on emerging markets and the role of religion in development. She was a partner in Innovo Solutions, an organization that provides consulting services for social entrepreneurs, and was a co-captain of Georgetown’s club rugby team. Lindsay spends her time outside of work rock climbing, running, and pining for the next episode of Game of Thrones.
